摘要
设计了单因素试验,研究了脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔、功放、跟踪、加工限速5个工艺电参数对材料去除率、表面粗糙度2项工艺指标的影响,通过正交试验法进行试验设计,对数据进行正交试验极差分析,确定各工艺电参数对2个工艺指标影响的主次顺序,得到Q235钢最优工艺电参数组合,并对优化后的参数进行了试验验证,解决了电参数选择不确定问题,为实现中走丝线切割电加工高效优质生产提供一定的指导意义。
A single-factor experiment was designed to study the effects of pulse width, pulse interval,power amplifier, tracking and machining speed limit of five process electrical parameters on material removal rate and surface roughness. Designed the experiments through orthogonal test method,carried out a range analysis of the orthogonal test for data, determined the electrical parameters primary and secondary order of the influence on two process indexes,the optimal process electric parameter combination of Q235 steel was obtained,the optimal parameters were verified by test,solved the problem that electric parameter selection are not sure,which for the wire cutting provide certain guiding significance to the production of high quality and efficiency.
