薄煤层用低矮履带钻机的研制及应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对在低矮巷道进行薄煤层全断面低位孔钻探施工,分析了薄煤层矿区地质条件、巷道条件和钻探设备的需求情况,研制了一种薄煤层用低矮履带钻机。钻机从整体结构上控制了外形尺寸,设计了履带车体、翻转式调角装置和多级可放倒式稳固装置,配套成熟的动力系统及执行机构实现其功能的匹配,可远控操纵台及独立控制的行走操纵机构提高了钻机的高效性及先进性。在现场进行了工业性试验,钻机技术参数完全符合施工要求,验证了该钻机在低矮巷道、薄煤层进行低位孔全断面施工的适应性,为推动薄煤层安全高效开采发挥了重要作用。 Aiming at the drilling construction of full-section low-position hole in thin coal seam in low roadway,analyzed the geological conditions,roadway conditions and the demand of drilling equipment in thin coal seam mining area,and developed a kind of low crawler drilling rig for thin coal seam.The overall size of the drilling rig was controlled from the overall structure.The crawler track body,the turning angle adjusting device and the multi-stage down-and-down stabilizing device were designed.The mature power system and the actuator were matched to realize their functions.The remote control console and independently controlled walking control mechanism improved the efficiency and advancement of the drilling rig.Industrial tests were carried out on the spot,the technical parameters of the drilling machine fully meet the construction requirements,verified the adaptability of the drilling rig in the construction of full-section low-position hole in thin coal seam in low roadway,which play an important role in promoting the safe and efficient mining of thin coal seam.
