摘要
液压支架是煤矿综采工作面的重要设备,其立柱千斤顶的工作可靠性将直接影响煤矿的生产安全。利用化学成分分析、力学性能检测以及微观组织分析等方法对某液压支架立柱千斤顶开裂失效机理进行了分析,并从焊接工艺和焊后处理方面提出了相应的预防措施。
The hydraulic support is an important equipment on fully mechanized face in coal mine.Operational reliability of the column jack of the hydraulic support may directly impact the safety of the coal mine production.Adopted chemical composition analysis,mechanical properties test and microstructure analysis to analyse the cracking failure mechanism of the column jack of a hydraulic support,and put forward the corresponding preventive measures from the aspect of welding technology and post-weld treatment.
