大运河文化带建设的产学研融合创新研究

Research on the Industry-Academia-Research Collaborative Innovation for the Construction of Grand Canal Cultural Belt

大运河文化带建设是涉及党委政府、企业、社会组织、高校、科研机构、人民群众等利益主体的重大工程,有必要构建各个主体协同合作的产学研融合创新机制。在大运河文化带产学研融合创新机制框架内,各建设主体以满足人民美好生活需要作为价值基础,根据自身角色定位和社会职责,完成好运河文化挖掘和保护、运河生态恢复与建设、运河文化旅游产业化发展等任务。各利益主体需要以共同价值和核心任务为基础,建立项目制、平台制等融合创新机制,强化融合创新成果评价和成果转化,不断推动大运河文化带建设和区域高质量发展。

The construction of Grand Canal cultural belt,as a major project involving the interests of party committees,governments,enterprises,social organizations,universities,scientific research institutions and the local people,enters a key period with the promulgation of the national plan.It is necessary to build collaborative innovation mechanism for all the stakeholders mentioned above,who aiming at a better life for all,should fulfill the important tasks such as the excavation and protection of canal culture,the ecological restoration and construction of the canal and the development of canal culture tourism.For such shared purposes and core tasks,integrated innovation mechanisms need to be established,such as project system and platform system,in order to facilitate the evaluation and transformation of research achievements and constantly promote the construction of Grand Canal cultural belt as well as high-quality regional development in general.
