六月青醇提物乳膏剂的处方筛选研究

Prescription screening for Liuyueqing extract cream

目的:考察六月青醇提物乳膏剂处方中主要成分对乳膏质量的影响,并确定其最佳处方。方法:采用L(934)正交试验对处方中硬脂酸、十八醇、液体石蜡和三乙醇胺的用量进行优化,并对乳膏的外观均一性、pH值、离心稳定性、耐寒性和耐热性等进行了评价,确定最佳处方用量。结果:三乙醇胺、硬脂酸和液体石蜡的用量是六月青醇提物乳膏剂处方的主要影响因素;最佳处方为20%的六月青醇提物、13.75%的硬脂酸、2%的十八醇、7.5%的三乙醇胺、7.5%的液体石蜡、7.5%的甘油以及41.75%的水。结论:本研究建立的六月青醇提物乳膏剂最佳制备处方条件稳定可行,为六月青醇提物的外用剂型研究提供了参考。

Objective:To investigate the effects of the main ingredients in the prescription of Liuyueqing extract cream on the quality of the cream and to determine its optimal prescription.Methods:L9(34)orthogonal test was used to optimize the amount of stearic acid,stearyl alcohol,liquid paraffin and triethanolamine in the prescription.The uniformity,pH value,centrifugal stability,cold resistance and heat resistance of the cream were evaluated to determine the optimal prescription dosage.Results:The amount of triethanolamine,stearic acid and liquid paraffin was the main influencing factor for the prescription of Liuyueqing extract cream.The best prescription was composed of 20%Liuyueqing extract,13.75% stearic acid,2% stearyl alcohol,7.5%triethanolamine,7.5% liquid paraffin,7.5% glycerol,and 41.75%water.Conclusion:The optimal prescription for Liuyueqing extract cream established in this study is feasible,which can provide a reference for the research of dosage forms of Liuyueqing extract for external use.
