润滑油加氢装置改进中的自动化仪表控制技术研究

摘要 随着国民经济以及居民生活水平的提高,汽车等有关行业的健康发展以及自动化标准的逐渐严苛,润滑油产品的升级换代速度显著加快。因而,传统的润滑油生产技艺难以满足日渐严苛的自动化要求。基于此,提出润滑油加氢装置改进中的自动化仪表控制技术研究。首先对目标数据的提取进行控制,据此完成现行换热网络的换热控制,之后实现复杂控制回路以及现场仪表的自动化处理。根据实验结果的对比可知,本文设计的润滑油加氢装置改进中的自动化仪表控制技术相比于改进以前的技术而言,不仅在控制效率上占有优势,同时表现较为稳定,控制能力发挥较好。 With the improvement of the national economy and the living standards of residents,the healthy development of related industries such as automobiles,and the increasingly stringent automation standards,the upgrading of lubricant products has accelerated significantly.As a result,traditional lubricant production techniques are difficult to meet the increasingly stringent automation requirements.Based on this,the research on the automatic instrument control technology in the improvement of lubricating oil hydrogenation equipment is proposed.First,the extraction of the target data is controlled,and the heat exchange control of the current heat exchange network is completed,and then the complex control loop and the automatic processing of field instruments are realized.According to the comparison of the experimental results,it can be known that compared with the previous technology,the automatic instrument control technology in the improvement of the lubricating oil hydrogenation device designed in this paper not only has an advantage in control efficiency,but also has a more stable performance and better control ability.
