临床实践中,长期累积的海量、多类型的医疗大数据,为精准诊疗提供了基础支撑,针对此,文章采用调查分析方法,深入医疗机构系统内了解大数据驱动下精准诊疗的需求性,并以此为据,通过构建精准诊疗知识体系、集成技术及管理体系、应用情景等设计精准诊疗实施路径。在此基础上,以某三甲综合性医院为应用实例,结合精准诊疗集成技术实施的路径,探究精准诊疗的临床应用模式,以此为医院大数据的挖掘与应用提供有效支撑,从根本上推进医院诊疗模式的创新发展。

In clinical practice,the massive and multi-type medical big data accumulated for a long time provides the basic support for accurate diagnosis and treatment.For this reason,this paper uses the investigation and analysis method to understand the demand of accurate diagnosis and treatment driven by big data in the medical institution system,and based on this,through the construction of accurate diagnosis and treatment knowledge system,integrated technology and management system,application scenarios and other settings Based on the implementation path of precision diagnosis and treatment,taking a third grade a comprehensive hospital as an application example,combined with the implementation path of precision diagnosis and treatment integration technology,this paper explores the clinical application mode of precision diagnosis and treatment,so as to provide effective support for the mining and application of big data in the hospital,and fundamentally promote the innovation and development of the hospital diagnosis and treatment mode.
