摘要
分别应用传统成本经济学与熵方法对富氧燃烧锅炉燃用不同煤种时的经济性进行了计算分析。基于传统成本经济学方法的富氧燃烧燃用不同煤种时,在不考虑碳出售时供电成本是由燃煤成本决定的,而考虑碳出售时则需考虑燃煤成本与碳出售的综合影响;基于熵方法的富氧燃烧锅炉燃用不同煤种时,通过燃烧过程熵产和传热过程熵产来计算锅炉的内部不可逆损失造成的熵产。综合2种分析方法表明,富氧燃烧锅炉燃用某单一煤种都不是最佳选择,只有掺混使用不同煤种才能达到最佳经济性。
The conventional cost economics and entropy method are used to analyze the economy of oxygen enriched units firing different types of coal.Based on the conventional cost economics method,the power supply cost of burning different kinds of coal is determined by the cost of coal without considering the sale of carbon,while the comprehensive effect of coal cost and carbon sale should be considered when the carbon sale is considered.Based on the entropy method,the economic analysis of the oxygen-enriched unit when burning different coal types is used to calculate the entropy production caused by the internal irreversible loss of the boiler through the entropy production of the combustion process and the entropy production of the heat transfer process.Comprehensive analysis of the two methods shows that burning a single coal type is not the best choice.Mixing different coal types can achieve the best economic performance.
