垃圾填埋气微型燃气轮机低排放燃烧室燃烧性能实验 被引量:1

Experimental study on combustion performance of low emission combustor of landfill gas micro-turbine

摘要 为研究一种采用中心分级贫燃预混技术的低排放垃圾填埋气微型燃气轮机燃烧室,采用单头部燃烧室,以2种垃圾填埋气LFG1、LFG2和天然气为燃料,进行了燃烧性能实验。考察了3种燃料的点火特性以及在发动机全负荷状态下,不同主燃级喷口位置、值班级与主燃级燃料分配比例(燃料分配比)对燃烧室污染物排放、燃烧效率的影响。结果表明:在所选空气流量0.15~0.50 kg/s范围内,天然气的点火燃空比为0.00065~0.00250,2种垃圾填埋气的点火燃空比为0.00404~0.00620,均符合低污染燃烧室的设计标准;随着燃料分配比在0.2~0.5变化,3种燃料存在不同的燃料分配比,使得燃烧效率更高,污染物排放水平更低;选用燃料分配比0.3与0.4的工况下,主燃级喷口位置由旋流器前调整为旋流器中间位置后,提高了LFG2与天然气的燃烧效率,但增加了LFG1与天然气的污染物排放。 In order to study a low-emission landfill gas(LFG)micro gas turbine combustor with central grading lean-burn premixing technology,a single-head combustion chamber was used to test the combustion performance using two LFG and natural gas fuels(LFG1 and LFG2).The ignition characteristics of three kinds of fuels and the effects of main stage nozzle position and fuel classification ratio on pollutant emission and combustion efficiency of the combustor under full load condition are investigated.The test results show that,within the selected air flow range(0.15~0.50 kg/s),the ratio of ignition fuel to air of natural gas is between 0.00065 and 0.00250,and the ratio of ignition fuel to air of the two LFGs is between 0.00404 and 0.00620,both meet the design criteria for low pollution combustion chambers.With the fuel grading ratio ranging from 0.2 to 0.5,the three fuels have different fuel distribution ratios,resulting in higher combustion efficiency and lower pollutant emission levels.When the fuel distribution ratio is 0.3 and 0.4,the position of the main combustion stage nozzle is adjusted from the swirler front to the middle position of the swirler,which improves the combustion efficiency of LFG2 and natural gas,but increases the pollutant emission of LFG1 and natural gas.
