组织激肽释放酶与肾实质性高血压相关性研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 组织激肽释放酶1(KLK1)是激肽释放酶-激肽系统(KKS)的关键酶,与多种疾病(如肾病、高血压等)密切相关。KLK1通过参与抗炎、抗氧化、抗纤维化、抗凋亡、促进血管再生、舒张血管、促进水钠排泄、抑制血管重构等,参与保护肾脏功能及心血管功能,并减缓肾实质性高血压的进程。KLK1既保护肾功能,也可降血压,能较好地抑制肾实质性高血压的发展。目前关于KLK1与肾性高血压的研究较多,本文就KLK1与肾性高血压的有关研究进行简要综述。 Tissue kallikrein1(KLK1)is a key enzyme of the kallikrein kinin system(KKS),and is closely related to a variety of diseases(such as kidney disease,hypertension,etc.).KLK1 participates in the protection of renal function and cardiovascular function by participating in anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,anti-fibrosis,anti-apoptosis,promoting vascular regeneration,dilating blood vessels,promoting water and sodium excretion,inhibiting vascular remodeling,and slowing down the renal substantial progress of blood pressure.KLK1 not only protects renal function,but also lowers blood pressure and can inhibit the development of renal parenchymal hypertension.There are many researches on KLK1 and renal hypertension.This article briefly reviews the related research of KLK1 and renal hypertension.
