Construction and Practice of Excellent Teaching Team of Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine

从"省级教学团队"自身的建设与实践出发,结合文献研究、专家访谈等研究方法,探索建设高质量教学团队的有效途径与模式。从理论上揭示高校优秀教学团队的一般规律与特点,从实践中探索高校教学团队的运行与管理模式,并初步建立相应的绩效评价方法。

Based on the construction and practice of "provincial teaching team",combined with literature research,experts’ interviews and other research methods,this paper explores the effective ways and models of building a high-quality teaching team. This paper reveals the general laws and characteristics of excellent teaching teams in Colleges and universities in theory,explores the operation and management mode of teaching teams in Colleges and universities in practice,and initially establishes corresponding performance evaluation methods.
