摘要
在B&W公司研发的低NOx双调风旋流燃烧器(DRB-XCL型)的基础上,提出了四种煤粉浓淡分离设计方案,并对四种方案进行了数值模拟。根据模拟结果发现,从浓淡分离效果和煤粉的着火时机两方面综合考虑,四种设计方案中方案D最优。
On the basis of the low NOx double-tuned cyclone burner(DRB-XCL type)developed by B&W,four kinds of pulverized coal concentration and light separation design schemes were proposed,and the four schemes were numerically simulated.Based on the results of the simulation,it is found that the scheme D is optimal in the four design schemes,considering the separation effect and the ignition time of pulverized coal.
