摘要
针对当前液压机因关键部件强度余量过大而导致其制造成本过大的问题,基于对液压机工作原理及现状分析的基础上,采用有限元分析手段对其关键部件进行仿真分析,并对其对应部件位置处的钢板厚度进行优化设计,最终达到减重、降低制造成本的目的。
Based on the analysis of the working principle and present situation of the hydraulic press,the key parts are simulated and analyzed by means of finite element analysis,and the thickness of the steel plate at the corresponding parts is optimized to achieve the goal of reducing weight and manufacturing cost.
