摘要
随着我国煤炭能源结构的不断优化,综合机械化采煤技术持续提高,而作为综采工艺的核心设备,采煤机的发展必须满足煤矿高产高效高可靠性的要求。因此,在采煤机截割部传统结构基础上,设计一种均载装置,以提高行星齿轮使用寿命,满足采煤机截割部高可靠性要求。
With the continuous optimization of coal energy structure in China,comprehensive mechanized coal mining technology continues to improve,and as the core equipment of fully mechanized mining technology,the development of shearer must meet the requirements of high yield,high efficiency and high reliability.Therefore,based on the traditional structure of shearer cutting part,a load-sharing device is designed to improve the service life of planetary gear and meet the high reliability requirements of shearer cutting part.
