摘要 围绕自动化生产线在汽车制造领域的应用现状进行探讨。首先对“车一车一磨”自动化生产线进行简介,并详细分析其应用过程中的具体优势,最后对其效果进行验证。结果表明,在生产和装配的过程中,自动化生产线能够通过传感器、数控系统自动生产,并通过电子看板实时显示生产状态,能够防呆防错,并针对人工操作的工位,给予智能的提示,充分利用了人机协作,使生产达到提质增效的效果。 The application status of automatic production line in automobile manufacturing field is discussed.First of all,the"car-car-mili"automatic production line is briefly introduced,and its specific advantages in the application process are analyzed in detail,and finally its effect is verified.The results show that in the process of production and assembly,the automatic production line can be produced automatically by sensor,NC system,and display the production status in real time through electronic screen,which can prevent the error of staring and prevent the error,and give the intelligent prompt for the manual operation of the work station to make full use of man-machine cooperation,make production achieve the effect of improving quality and increasing efficiency.The application status of automatic production line in automobile manufacturing field is discussed.First of all,the"car-car-mill"automatic production line is briefly introduced,and its specific advantages in the application process are analyzed in detail,and finally its efliect is verified.The results show that in the process of production and assembly,the automatic production line can be produced automatically by sensor,NC system,and display the production status in real time through electronic screen,which can prevent the error of staring and prevent the error,and give the intelligent prompt for the manual operation of the work station.Make full use of man-machine cooperation,make production achieve the effect of improving quality and increasing efficiency.
