除泡机下料扫码机构的分析与改进

Analysis and Improvement of the Cutting and Sweeping Mechanism of Foaming Removal Machine

除泡机是柔性OLED生产过程中不可或缺的设备,主要完成背板贴附和盖板贴附后与面板间产生气泡的消除。因此,针对生产现场下料扫码机构出现的问题,进行了两种改进方案的对比分析,并最终确定了改进方案,并在现场完成了改造。经过一段时间的观察,改进后的扫码机构能够满足产线生产效率的需求,提高了除泡机在行业内的竞争力。

The defoaming machine is an indispensable equipment in the production process of flexible OLED,which mainly completes the elimination of bubbles between the back plate attachment and the cover plate attachment and the panel.Therefore,in view of the problems of the cutting and sweeping mechanism in the production site,the two improvement schemes are compared and analyzed,and the improvement scheme is finally determined,and the transformation is completed in the field.After a period of observation,the improved scanning mechanism can meet the demand of production line production efficiency and improve the competitiveness of defoaming machine in the industry.
