煤矿液压支架连板结构性能的仿真研究

摘要 由于井下环境的恶劣性,连板在使用中极容易出现结构变形或开裂故障现象,这将严重影响液压支架的支撑性能及作业安全。基于此,重点分析了连板使用中存在的问题,采用ABAQUS软件,建立了连板的仿真模型,开展了连板在顶梁偏载底座两端工况及顶梁偏载底座中部工况条件下的结构强度分析。结果表明:两种工况下,连板的下部销轴孔处均出现了较大的应力集中现象,成为连板结构上的薄弱部位,由此对连板进行了改进设计,这对提高连板的结构强度及液压支架的支撑性能具有重要作用。 Due to the bad condition of downhole environment,the structural deformation or cracking failure of the connecting plate is very easy to occur in use,which will seriously affect the support performance and operation safety of the hydraulic support.Based on this,the problems in the use of the connecting plate are analyzed emphatically,and the simulation model of the connecting plate is established by using Abaqus software.The results show that under the two working conditions,there is a large stress concentration phenomenon at the lower pin hole of the connecting plate,which becomes the weak part of the connecting plate structure,and therefore the improved design of the connecting plate is carried out,which is improved.The structural strength of the connecting plate and the supporting performance of the hydraulic support play an important role.
