摘要
为解决单巷道掘进作业中掘锚机与连采机无法直接连接带式转载机的问题,基于连接结构特点,分析一种结构简单易连接的直连装置,介绍了其具体结构与工作原理,并借助有限元分析法分析了该装置的关键部件强度。经实际应用对比发现,应用该装置可减少设备维护成本,节约人工成本,进一步提高综合掘进效益。
In order to solve the problem that the anchoring machine and the continuous mining machine cannot directly connect the belt transfer machine in the single tunnel driving operation,based on the characteristics of the connection structure,this paper designs a direct connection device with a simple structure and easy connection.The structure and working principle,and the strength of the key components of the device were analyzed with the help of finite element analysis.Through actual application comparison,it was found that the application of the device can reduce equipment maintenance costs,save labor costs,and further improve the overall tunneling efficiency.
