摘要
介绍了甲烷传感器的主要分类,基于甲烷的主要性能探讨了热催化监测的原理,并提出了甲烷传感器零点的调试与校正方法,灵敏度调试与校正方法,报警点的调试方法等,并指出校正甲烷传感器时用的必须是标准气样。通过论述,有助于人们进一步了解甲烷传感器,进而可达到更科学、更合理地应用甲烷传感器的目的。
The main classification of methane sensors is introduced,the principle of thermal catalytic monitoring based on the main performance of methane is discussed,and the debugging and correction methods of zero point of methane sensor,sensitivity debugging and correction method,debugging method of alarm point and so on are proposed.Through the discussion,it is helpful for people to further understand the methane sensor,and then achieve the purpose of more scientific and rational application of methane sensor.
