摘要
针对传统顶梁柱窝结构形式存在的问题进行了分析,并利用ANSYS有限元软件针对特殊载荷作用的条件下顶梁柱窝的受力情况进行了分析,基于分析结果对传统矿用液压支架顶梁柱窝结构形式进行了优化改进,效果良好。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the structure form of the traditional top beam and column nest,and analyzes the force situation of the top beam and column nest under the condition of special load by using the ANSYS finite element software.Based on the analysis results,the structural form of the top beam and column nest of the traditional mine hydraulic support is optimized and improved,and the effect is good.
