针对液压系统较为特殊的工作环境,使用实验的方式,主要从水利机械液压系统的构成、系统运行过程中的故障特点以及如何进行故障排查三个方面入手进行分析,从而对整个系统的运行参数进行掌握,判断其是否出现故障,以使液压系统能够真正发挥其功能。

In view of the special working environment of hydraulic system,using the experimental method,this paper mainly analyzes the composition of hydraulic system of hydraulic machinery,the fault characteristics in the operation process of the system and how to carry out fault checking,so as to master the operation parameters of the whole system and judge whether there is a fault,so that the hydraulic system can really play its function.
