摘要
针对皮带机工作效率、安全系数低制约综采工作面产煤效率的问题,提出了将电气控制系统应用于皮带机生产中的理念,在对皮带机组成及电气控制系统功能及要求分析的基础上,完成了电气控制系统主站、从站的关键硬件选型设计和通讯方式的选择,为确保皮带机的稳定、可靠运行,提升综采工作面产煤效率奠定基础。
Aiming at the problem that the efficiency of belt machine and the low safety factor restrict the coal production efficiency of fully mechanized mining face,this paper puts forward the idea of applying the electric control system to the belt machine production.Based on the analysis of the composition of belt machine and the function and requirement of the electric control system,the main station of the electric control system,the key hardware selection design of the slave station and the choice of the communication mode are completed.
