综采工作面排水泵电气自动化控制系统的设计

摘要 针对传统排水泵存在排水动作延迟、排水效率低以及耗能大的问题,在对阳煤寺家庄工作面排水系统原理及结构分析的基础上,基于“避峰就谷”的思路设计了电控系统的控制策略,并对其PLC和关键传感器进行选型设计,完成了对水泵切换及控制方式选取的软件设计,为提升排水泵在综采工作面安全、可靠以及节能的效果方面奠定了基础。 Based on the principle and structure analysis of drainage system in yang coal temple, the control strategy of electric control system is designed based on the idea of "avoiding the peak and valley ", and the PLC and key sensors are selected. The software design of pump switching and control mode selection is completed, which lays a foundation for improving the safety, reliability and energy saving effect of drainage pump in fully mechanized mining face.
