内燃机控制电路故障监测及自动处理装置的研究

Research on Internal Combustion Engine Control Circuit Fault Monitoring and Automatic Handling Device

针对目前内燃机在铁路运输中存在的问题,通过对内燃机车电传动控制电路故障检测及自动处理装置的研制,开发出可以快速故障定位、自动应急处理的设备,同时研究了铁路运输机车速度信号综合处理装置和机车撒沙控制器,以消除行车隐患,维持铁路机车正常运行。

In view of the problems existing in railway transportation of internal combustion engine at present,through the development of fault detection and automatic treatment device of electric transmission control circuit of internal combustion engine,the equipment which can locate fault quickly and deal with emergency automatically is developed.At the same time,the integrated processing device of speed signal of railway transport locomotive and the sand-sanding controller of locomotive are studied to eliminate the hidden trouble of driving and maintain the normal operation of railway locomotive.
