摘要
基于矿用带式输送机在使用过程中出现跑偏导致输送带磨损严重、电机负荷加大、运输巷道撒煤现象严重等问题,合理分析了其跑偏的主要原因,并采取了有效的措施。实践表明,这些措施不仅提高了采掘工作面运输效率,而且保障了矿井的运输安全。
Based on the problems of serious wear of conveyor belt,high motor load and serious coal-scattered phenomenon in transportation roadway,the main reason of running deviation is analyzed reasonably,and effective measures are taken.The practice shows that these measures not only improve the transportation efficiency of mining face,but also ensure the safety of mine transportation.
