摘要
为筛选出人参果吊果组培苗瓶内增殖和生根培养的最佳配方,以带腋芽茎段的外植体为试材,MS为基本培养基,添加不同植物激素,分析不同激素对人参果吊果增殖和生根的影响。结果显示,MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 0.3 mg/L或MS+KT 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L+6-BA 0.1 mg/L的培养基配方有利于人参果吊果组培苗的瓶内增殖和生根,培养30 d,增殖倍数≥3,生根率都达到100%,生根效果较佳,植株长势健壮。
In order to select the best formula of bottle proliferation and rooting culture in tissue culture Solanum muricatum Aiton,the explants with axillary buds were used as the test material,MS as the basic medium,and different plant hormones were added to analyze the effect of different hormones on the proliferation and rooting of hanging fruit of ginseng.The results showed that the medium of MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 0.3 mg/L or MS+KT 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L+6-BA 0.1 mg/L was propitious to the in bottle proliferation and rooting of the tissue culture seedlings of Solanum muricatum aiton.After 30 days of culture,the proliferqtion multiple was greater than of equal to 3,and the rooting rate reached 100%;the rooting effect was better,and the plants grew well.
