摘要
光耀藤(Vernonia elliptica)生长迅速且耐瘠薄,是优良的垂直绿化植物。为获得高效光耀藤扦插方法,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,探讨了不同枝条成熟度(A)、扦插基质(B)、外源激素种类(C)及浓度(D)对光耀藤插穗生根的影响。结果表明:各处理中光耀藤扦插根系效果指数、扦插成活率、平均生根数、平均根长、平均根粗的最高值分别为12.20、100%、16.43条、10.23 cm和2.28 mm;极差分析表明,以A3B2C3D3处理组合根系效果指数最高,即用浓度为1000 mg/L的IBA浸泡木质化的枝条10 min,扦插在泥炭土与珍珠岩体积比为2∶1的基质中生根效果最好;方差分析表明,各指标在不同因素水平处理下差异显著(P<0.05),多重比较后,综合生根效果和生产成本分析,认为使用A3B3C3D1处理组合是最适宜的,即使用浓度为500 mg/L的IBA浸泡木质化的枝条10 min,扦插在黄泥与珍珠岩体积比为2∶1的基质中是最适宜的。
Vernonia elliptica is an excellent vertical green plant with rapid growth and strong resistance.In order to obtain the efficient cutting method of Vernonia elliptica,orthogonal design method had been adopted to study the effects of different branches maturity (A),cutting substrate (B),exogenous hormone species (C) and concentration (D) on rooting of Vernonia elliptica.The results showed that the highest values of root effect index,cutting survival rate,average rooting number,average root length and average root diameter were 12.20,100%,16.43,10.23 cm and 2.28 mm,respectively.Range analysis showed that the A3B2C3D3 treatment combination had the highest root effect index,in other words,the lignified branches were immersed in IBA with a concentration of 1 000 mg/L for 10 min,and the rooting effect of the cuttings was the best on the substrate with a volume ratio of 2∶1 between peat soil and perlite.Variance analysis showed that there were significant differences among the indexes under different factor levels (P<0.05).Through multiple comparisons and comprehensive analysis of rooting effect and production cost,it was found that A3B3C3D1 treatment combination was the most appropriate,that is,the most appropriate method was to soak lignified branches in IBA with a concentration of 500 mg/L for 10 min,then raise the cuttings on a substrate with a volume ratio of 2∶1 between yellow mud and perlite.
