湘西自治州农业与文化旅游业融合发展研究

Industrial Integration Between Agriculture and Cultural Tourism in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture

湘西自治州的扶贫攻坚任务艰巨,产业振兴能改善当地经济情况,而不同产业融合是产业振兴的实现路径。农业和文化旅游业作为当地两大重要产业,如何提升农业增加值和实现文化旅游业高质量发展是当地产业发展的重要问题。农业与文化旅游业的融合发展为解决这一问题提供了一个很好的契机。通过构建农业与文化旅游业的融合动力模型,分析湘西自治州的农业与文化旅游业的产业融合动力因素和阻碍因素,发现农业与文化旅游业发展不同步、地理位置差和交通不优越、产业链延伸不足、产品创新少和技术水平低阻碍两个产业融合,为此,提出加强产业融合的成本收益分析、扩大产业融资途径与加大政府扶持力度、坚持以市场为导向整合农业资源和文化旅游资源、完善交通网络和公共基础设施、加强农业和文化旅游业行业组织合作等举措,以促进湘西自治州的农业与文化旅游业融合发展。

The task of poverty alleviation in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is arduous,industrial revitalization can improve economic situation,the integration of different industries is the realization path of industrial revitalization.Agriculture and cultural tourism are two important local industries,how to enhance the value of agriculture and realize the high-quality development of cultural tourism are important issues of local industry development.The industrial integration between agriculture and cultural tourism provide a good opportunity to solve these issues.By constructing the industrial integration dynamic model between agriculture and cultural tourism,this paper analyzes the industrial integration dynamic factors and obstacles between agriculture and cultural tourism in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,and finds that the out-of-sync development of agriculture and cultural tourism,poor geographical location and traffic,insufficient extension of the industrial chain,the lack of innovation of products and the low level of technology hinder the integration of the two industries.To this end,the measures such as strengthening the cost-benefit analysis of industrial integration,expanding the way of industrial financing and increasing government support,adhering to market-oriented integration of agricultural resources and cultural tourism resources,improving transportation networks and public infrastructure,and strengthening cooperation between agricultural and cultural tourism industry organizations are put forward to promote the integration of agriculture and cultural tourism in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture.
