摘要
油井动液面在线实时监测以移动公网GPRS或数字化内网模式传输数据,由于许多偏远井场无GPRS信号、无数字化内网或网络信号不稳定,无法实现动液面实时监测数据处理与计算。为此,研制了一种油井动液面实时监测数据存储器。该数据存储器通过井口动液面仪表RS485接口实现实时监测数据转存,经存储器USB口电路导入到后台监测服务器进行数据处理与计算,硬件基于STM32嵌入式系统,软件采用RT-Thread实时操作系统,以自定义帧格式进行实时数据读取、处理、存储、导出等,实现了偏远油井动液面实时动态监测与综合分析,对数字化智慧油田建设与油田开发生产具有典型的应用价值。
Mobile public network GPRS or digital intranet mode is used for the transmission of on-line real-time monitoring data of oil well liquid level.Because many remote well sites have no GPRS signal and digital intranet,or network signal is unstable,it is impossible to realize the processing and calculation of real-time monitoring data of oil well liquid level.Therefore,a data memory for real-time monitoring of oil well liquid level is developed.The data memory realizes the transfer of the real-time monitoring data through RS485 interface of wellhead hydrodynamic level instrument,and the data are imported into the background monitoring server through USB interface circuit of the memory for the processing and calculation of data.The hardware of the data memory is based on STM32 embedded system,and the software uses RT-Thread real-time operating system to read,process,store and export real-time data in a self-defined frame format.The data memory realizes the real-time monitoring and comprehensive analysis of the dynamic liquid level of remote oil wells.It has typical application value for the construction of digital intelligent oilfield and the development and production of oilfields.
