Eight Therapies on Impotence from Heart

本文从"心不藏神、心气不足、心阳失煦、心血亏虚、心脉不畅、心肾不交、心肝失畅、心脾两虚"8个方面论述了心在勃起功能中的重要地位以及心虚导致气血阴阳亏虚和五脏功能失调形成阳痿的机理,提出了"安心神、益心气、养心血、宣心志、通心脉、调水火、畅心肝、健心脾"的阳痿从心论治八法及常用方药,形成了理法方药具备"心虚阳痿"的观点,为阳痿的治疗提供了新的思路和方法,完善了笔者提出的"五脏皆可致痿,非独肾也"的阳痿论治理论,充实了临床治疗的方法。

This paper discusses the mechanism of the heart in deficiency cause asynodia from eight aspects: Heart does not conceal spirit, Heart-Qi deficiency, Heart-Yang deficiency, Heart-blood deficiency, Impediments of heart collaterals, Imbalance between heart-Yang and kidney-Yin, Heart-liver impairment and heart-spleen deficiency, and the mechanism of impotence caused by heart deficiency and five-organ dysfunction. It also puts forward the principles of " Tranquilize the heart vitality, Benefit the heart-Qi, Tonify the heart blood, Joying the heart, Smoothing heart vessel, Regulate water and fire,, Smoothing heart and liver, invigorating heart and spleen. " This article provides new ideas and methods for the treatment of impotence, perfects the impotence theory of "all viscera can cause impotence, not only kidney", and enriches the method of clinical treatment.
