基于数据挖掘的膏方治疗月经病组方规律分析

Analysis on Composition Rules of Paste Preparations for Emmeniopathy Based on Data Mining

目的:运用数据挖掘技术探究膏方治疗月经病的组方规律。方法:以"膏""膏方""膏剂""膏滋""月经病""月经不调""月经过多""月经过少""月经先期""月经后期""崩漏""痛经"为关键词,检索读秀学术、CNKI、VIP、WanFang、CBM等数据库,收集膏方数据,并按照纳入和排除标准进行数据筛选,将数据录入中医传承辅助平台软件进行数据分析。结果:共计纳入277首月经病膏方,总计中药频次8700次,平均药味个数31味,共涉及中药354种,常见的高频中药有当归、阿胶、白芍、冰糖、黄芪、党参等,中药饮片以补血药、补阴药、补阳药、补气药、活血药为主,规则分析展示出高频中药组合47条,置信度≥0.95相关规则45条,中药用量点分析展示出47味高频中药用量点。结论:月经病膏方多用于月经病之虚证,组方以调经治本为基本原则,用药以养血活血理气、补肾扶脾养肝为主,使气血调和,血海蓄溢有度,胞宫藏泻有时。

Objective To explore the composition rules of paste preparations for emmeniopathy based on data mining technology. Methods The databases as Reading Show Academic Search Engine, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang and CBM were electronically searched for the paste preparations on treating emmeniopathy, using "paste", "decocted extract", "emmeniopathy", "menstrual disorder", "irregular menstruation", "hypermenorrhea", "hypomenorrhea", "preceded menorrhea", "delayed menorrhea", "metrorrhagia and metrostaxis" and "dysmenorrhea" as search terms. Collected and screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the paste preparations were analyzed by traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS). Results Totally 277 paste preparations including 354 medicinal herbs were screened, with the frequency of involved drug application amounted to 8700 and average kinds of taste to 31. The common herbs with higher frequency respectively were Radix Angelicae Sinensis(Dang gui), Colla Corii Asini(E jiao), Radix Paeoniae Alba(Bai shao), Saccharum Granorum(Yi tang), Radix Astragali(Huang Qi), Radix Codonopsis(Dang shen) and so on. The new prescriptions can be classified into five parts according to its efficacy and the common composition of the paste: herbal decoction pieces, fines, gelatin, syrup and excipients. 45 related rules(CI ≥0.95) and 47 drugs combinations of higher frequency were developed based on the association rules analysis. Besides, the drugs dosage analysis also demonstrated the common dosage for 47 kinds of high-frequency drugs. Conclusions The paste preparations for emmeniopathy are mostly used for deficiency syndrome, with the basic principle of regulating menstruation. Therefore, when treating emmeniopathy, it mainly combines the drugs for nourishing and activating blood, regulating Qi, tonifying the kidney, nourishing the spleen and the liver, thus keeping the harmony between Qi and blood of human body.
