流感病毒实验室检测方法研究进展 被引量:20

摘要 流感是目前严重威胁人类健康的疾病之一。准确和早期诊断流感病毒感染对迅速开展抗病毒治疗至关重要,可减少季节性流行和大流行期间相关发病率和病死率。目前常见的流感病毒检测方法有病毒培养、抗原检测、核酸检测、血清学和二代测序技术等。本研究就上述方法在流感病毒中的应用进行综述。 Influenza remains one of the most serious threats to human health recently. Accurate and early diagnosis of influenza virus infection are essential for rapid antiviral treatment so as to reduce flu-related morbidity and mortality during seasonal epidemics.At present, the common methods for detection of influenza virus include virus culture, antigen detection, nucleic acid detection, serology detection and second generation sequencing technology.The manuscript focus on the application of each method in detection of influenza virus.
