Healthy City:Theoretical Characteristics and Future Actions

在“健康中国”发展战略以及健康城市建设的背景下,梳理已有城市发展理论,从系统性和人文性两方面总结已有城市发展理论的相应特征,提取“健康城市”的理论特性,发现其以人为本的理论根源不仅是对城镇化和工业化发展中缺乏人文考虑这一困境的回应,也应该作为解决此类问题的指导依据。在此基础上,以问题为导向,构建以“健康城市”为理论基础、以“健康中国”发展战略为政策支撑、以城市评价为技术手段,以生态保障、多方参与、公平配置、人文构建等.为实施措施,以全民健康、健康中国为建设目标的未来城市建设模式。

Under the background of the "Healthy China Development Strategy" and the healthy city campaign, this article reviews the existing urban development theories, summarizes their characteristics from the system and humanity perspectives, extracts the theoretical characteristics of the "healthy city", and finds that its "people-centered" theoretical source not only responds to the lack of humanistic consideration in the urbanization and industrialization processes, but also serves as a guideline for solving such problems. On this basis and aiming to solve the problems, we will establish a future urban construction mode with "healthy city" as the theoretical basis;"Healthy China Development Strategy" as the policy support;urban evaluation as the technical means;ecological protection, multi-party participation, fair allocation, and cultural progress as the implementation measures;and all people’s health and healthy China as the goal.
