摘要
考察中华文明进程中城市规划演进的大历史,揭示中国城市规划的一个重要特征>即从属于国家治理体系,是国家实现长治久安的关键措施。着眼于都市社会、未来城市、提高城市治理能力的大趋势,建议深化和细化国家规划机制与体系,改革完善城市规划工作,自觉建立城市规划的中国话语、中国学术与中国知识体系。
By exploring the macroscopic history of urban planning evolution in the course of Chinese civilization,it reveals an important characteristic of the Chinese urban planning that it has been subordinate to the national governance system,which is the key measure for the country to achieve long-term stability Focused on the general trend of urban society future city and the improvement of urban governance,it is recommended to deepen and refine the national planning institutions and systems,further the reform of urban planning practices,and consciously establish the Chinese discourse,academic paradigm,and knowledge systems in the field of urban planning.
