不同饵料对产后雌性大黄鱼亲鱼的营养效果

摘要 探究不同饵料对产后雌性大黄鱼(Pseudosciaena crocea)亲鱼的营养效果,为大黄鱼亲鱼培育提供参考。采用中华管鞭虾(以下简称红虾)、沙蚕、黄占鱼块+强化剂(以下简称鱼强)、黄占鱼块(以下简称鱼块)4种饵料分别投喂产后雌性大黄鱼亲鱼2个月,依次为组A、组B、组C、组D,分析4种饵料以及复健后雌性大黄鱼亲鱼肌肉的氨基酸和脂肪酸组成以评价不同饵料对大黄鱼的营养效果。①复健2个月后,大黄鱼背部肌肉氨基酸总含量组C>组A>组D>组B,必需氨基酸含量组A>组C>组D>组B,各组间差异不显著。腹部肌肉氨基酸总含量组A>组C>组D>组B,其中组A显著高于其他3组,必需氨基酸含量组A>组D>组C>组B,差异不显著。②背部脂肪酸总含量组D>组C>组B>组A,其中组D、C、B显著高于组A(P<0.05),不饱和脂肪酸含量组C>组D组B>组A,组C显著高于组B和组A(P<0.05)。大黄鱼腹部肌肉饱和脂肪酸总含量组C>组D>组B>组A,其中D组、组C显著高于组A(P<0.05)。饵料中氨基酸和脂肪酸的含量对产后雌性大黄鱼亲鱼肌肉中的氨基酸总量和不饱和脂肪酸一般呈正相关影响。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the nutritional effects of different bait on female Pseudosciaena crocea.Four kinds of bait were used for feeding the postpartum female Pseudosciaena crocea for 2 months,which were listed as group A,group B,group C and group D,respectively.The amino acid and fatty acid composition of four kinds of bait and the muscle of restored postpartum female of yellow croaker were analyzed to evaluate the nutritional effect of different bait on yellow croaker.①Total amino acid content of dorsal muscle of large yellow croaker was group C>group A>group D>group B after rehabilitation for 2 months.Essential amino acid of group A>group C>group D>group B,the difference was not significant.Total amino acid content of abdominal muscle of group A>group C>group D>group B,group A was significantly higher than the other three groups(P<0.05).Essential amino acid group A>group D>group C>group B,the difference was not significant.②Total fatty acid content of dorsal muscle in group D>group C>group B>group A,group D,C,B were significantly higher than group A(P<0.05).The content of unsaturated fatty acids of dorsal muscle in group C>group D group B>group A,group C were significantly higher than group B,and group A(P<0.05).The total content of saturated fatty acids in the abdominal muscles of large yellow croaker group C>group D>group B>group A,among which group D and group C were significantly higher than group A(P<0.05).The content of unsaturated fatty acids in group C>group D>group B>group A.Group C and group D were significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).The results showed that the content of amino acids and fatty acids in the bait had a positive correlation with the total amount of amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids in the muscle of female parent of postpartumPseudosciaena crocea.
