摘要 为分析与比较博落回属两种植物不同生长部位的挥发性成分,本研究采用了顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)结合气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)法对其不同部位的挥发性成分进行提取与比较。共分离并鉴定了博落回属植物中123种挥发性成分,其中相对百分含量大于1%的挥发性成分共26个。博落回与小果博落回各部位中均含有芳姜黄酮、芳樟醇、金合欢烯、(S)-β-双代谢烯、百里酚、香芹酚等9种挥发性成分,且芳姜黄酮与(S)-β-双代谢烯的相对百分含量均高于1.0%,其他成分与含量均有一定差异。各生长部位中含量具一致性与差异性的挥发性成分具多种药理活性,为博落回属植物作为饲料添加剂的进一步开发与利用奠定基础,也为饲料行业提供新的思路与讨论。 In order to analyze and compare the volatile components in different parts of Macleaya,HSSPME and GC-MS were used to extract and compare the volatile components in different parts of Macleaya.A total of 123 volatile components were isolated and identified,of which 26 were more than 1%.There are 9 kinds of volatile components in each part of Macleaya and Macleaya microcarpa,including zingiberene,linalool,farnesene,(S)-β-metaboline,thymol,carvol,etc.the relative percentage content of zingiberene and(S)-β-metaboline is higher than 1.0%,and other components and contents are different.The same and different volatile components in different growing parts have various pharmacological activities,which lay a foundation for the further development and utilization of Macleaya as feed additive,and also provide new ideas and discussions for feed industry.
