摘要
运用机械合金化和固相烧结法制备Mn1.3Fe0.6P0.5-xBxSi0.5(x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06)系列化合物样品,用X射线衍射和磁性测量对样品进行表征。XRD射线衍射表明,该系列化合物呈Fe2P-型六角结构,空间群为P62m;磁性测量表明,该系列化合物发生铁磁到顺磁的相变,热滞随着B含量的增加而呈减小的趋势,居里温度随着B含量的增加而升高,最大等温磁熵变随着B含量的增加而减小。该系列化合物的电阻率具有循环稳定性。
A series compounds of Mn1.3Fe0.6P0.5-xBxSi0.5(x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06)were prepared by mechanical alloying and solid-state sintering.The properties of the compounds were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and magnetic measurement.The XRD results showed that the compounds formed in Fe2P-type hexagonal structure with space group P62m.The magnetic measurements indicated that the compounds underwent a ferromagnetic to paramagnetic phase transition and with the increase of B content,the thermal hysteresis decreased,the Curie temperature increased,the maximal magnetic entropy change decreased.We also found that the resistivity of the compounds was stable in thermal cycling.
