摘要
为了解上海地区奶牛生鲜乳中金黄色葡萄球菌污染状况及金黄色葡萄球菌对常见抗菌药物耐药性。2016-2018年期间采集548份生鲜乳样本进行金黄色葡萄球菌的分离培养与鉴定,采用微量肉汤稀释法检测菌株对18种常见抗菌药物的敏感性。本研究共分离到金黄色葡萄球菌256株,总分离率为46.2%。该批金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素(96.9%)和磺胺异噁唑(94.1%)耐药率较高,对其余16种抗菌药物的耐药率均在30%以下。52.3%(134/256)的金黄色葡萄球菌同时耐3类及3类以上抗菌药物,多重耐药主要集中在3-4耐。分离出15株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)。
Toinvestigate the contamination status of Staphylococcus aureus in raw milk of dairy cows in Shanghai and the resistance of Staphylococcus aureus to common antimicrobial agents. During the period of 2016-2018, 548 samples of fresh milk were collected for the isolation, culture and identification of Staphylococcus aureus. The sensitivity of the strain to 18 common antibiotics was tested by micro-broth dilution method. 256 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated in this study, with a total separation rate of 46.2%. The Staphylococcus aureus had higher resistance rate to penicillin(96.9%) and sulfisoxazole(94.1%), and the resistance rate to the other 16 antimicrobial agents were below 30%.52.3%(134/256) of Staphylococcus aureuswere resistant to 3 and above 3 antibiotics, and multidrug resistance were mainly concentrated in 3-4.15 methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) were detected.
