摘要 以下盖塑件的注塑成型模流分析与模具设计为例,对塑件的注塑成型工艺做了合理分析,通过采用Moldflow软件进行其模具填充流动模拟分析,最终得到了一套切合实际的浇注系统方案,经模具实际生产验证,设计的注塑模具结构合理,工作稳定可靠,降低了该注塑模具的设计缺陷,提高了塑料制品的品质及其工作性能,具有较大的实际参考应用价值。 This paper expounds the important role of CAE software in modern mould industry. Taking the mold flow analysis and die design of injection mould for cover parts as an example, the injection mould process of plastic parts was reasonably analyzed. By using Moldflow software to simulate the filling flow of moulds, a practical gating system was finally obtained. The scheme was verified by the actual production of the injection mould. The structure of the designed injection mould is reasonable, the work was stable and reliable, the design defects of the injection mould were reduced, the quality and working performance of the plastic products were improved, and it had great practical reference value.
