秦汉之际产生了一批谋士,这些人奔走于诸方势力之间,出谋划策、进言献计,这些言论可以称为说辞。说辞记录了群雄逐鹿的实况,反映了社会现实,是研究秦汉之际政治形式、军事斗争、社会矛盾问题的第一手资料,值得重新审视、发掘其中的价值。目前学界的研究多定位于纵横家的身份角度,对说辞文本的研究相对不足。秦汉之际的说辞思想可以概括为三方面:一是重视利害的考虑;二是强调天下民心的重要性;三是注重从长远的角度分析形势。秦汉说辞重视言说技巧和论辩方式,反映了秦汉之际的社会现实和时代特征,值得后人深入思考和进一步探讨。

The reality of the Qin and Han dynasties gave birth to a group of political counselors,who ran between the forces of various parties,giving advisory remarks.These remarks can be called persuasive oratory.It records the reality of the battle for the deer and reflects the social reality.It is a first-hand material to study the political form,military struggle and social contradictions during the Qin and Han dynasties.It is worth re-examining and exploring its value.In view of this,discussions on the persuasive oratory of Qin and Han dynasties are hinged upon the perspective of ideology,including paying attention to the consideration of interests,emphasizing the importance of the people,and focusing on analyzing the situation from a long-term perspective.
