加速康复外科理念护理的女性生殖系统疾病患者出院准备度的现状调查及影响因素分析

Status survey and influencing factor analysis of readiness for hospital discharge in female patients with reproductive system diseases based on ERAS concept

目的探讨加速康复外科理念护理的女性生殖系统疾病患者出院准备度现状并分析其影响因素,为提高女性生殖系统疾病患者出院准备度提供临床依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、出院准备度量表、出院指导质量量表对江苏省人民医院妇科218例女性生殖系统疾病患者进行调查。结果女性生殖系统疾病患者的出院准备度总分为(98.55±15.30)分,处于较高水平。多元线性回归分析显示影响出院准备度的主要因素是工作状态、照顾者、医疗费用支付方式、诊断结果和出院指导质量。结论女性生殖系统疾病患者出院准备度处于较高水平,诊断结果、工作状态、照顾者、医疗费用支付方式、出院指导质量都会影响患者的出院准备度,护理人员应根据女性生殖系统疾病患者的具体情况给予针对性的干预措施,以确保出院指导质量,保障患者出院后的安全。

Objective Discuss status and influencing factor of readiness for hospital discharge in female patients with reproductive system disease based on ERAS concept, and provide clinical basis to improve their readiness for hospital discharge.Methods Surveyed 218 female reproductive system diseases patient in Jiangsu Province Hospital using general information questionnaire, readiness for hospital discharge scale and quality of hospital discharge teaching scale.Results Total score of readiness for hospital discharge(98.55±15.30) was relatively high.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that, working status, care giver, payment style of medical expense and quality of hospital discharge teaching were influencing factors for readiness for hospital discharge.Conclusion The discharge readiness of female patients with reproductive system diseases is at a high level.The results of diagnosis, working status, care givers, payment methods of medical expenses and the quality of discharge guidance will affect the discharge readiness of patients.So nurses should take corresponding interventions according to actual situation of female patients with reproductive system diseases, to ensure quality of hospital discharge teaching and patients’ safe after discharge from hospital.
