应用光学相干层析成像的增强深部成像技术测量健康成人后极部脉络膜厚度 被引量:3

Choroidal thickness in healthy adults measured by enhanced depth imaging optical coherence tomography

摘要 目的探讨光学相干层析成像(OCT)的增强深部成像技术(EDI-OCT)测量健康成人后极部脉络膜厚度的临床价值。方法选取2018年3月~2019年2月在我科门诊检查的健康成人共66例(132眼)纳入研究,其中男性33例、女性33例。将所有受检者按年龄分为3组:31~45岁组;46~60岁组及61~75岁组。采用ZEISS EDI-OCT测量受检者黄斑中心凹及鼻、颞侧(距中心凹3 mm)脉络膜厚度。观察并分别比较不同方位、不同性别及不同年龄段间脉络膜厚度的差异,均采用两独立样本t检验。结果66例(132眼)受检者的黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度为(289.41±64.78)μm,比颞侧3 mm处脉络膜厚度[(240.84±61.08)μm]、鼻侧3 mm处脉络膜厚度[(161.37±57.73)μm]厚,差异有统计学意义。66例右眼所测得黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度(291.09±64.80)μm与左眼所测值[(287.72±65.13)μm]间差异无统计学意义。33例(66眼)男性黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度为(298.61±68.18)μm,较33例(66眼)女性[(280.21±59.92)μm]厚,差异有统计学意义。31~45岁组黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度为(320.80±44.74)μm,较46~60岁组黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度[(307.75±54.12)μm]略厚,但两者间差异无统计学意义,两者的脉络膜均较61~75岁组[(239.68±46.23)μm]厚,且差异均有统计学意义。结论不同方位中,黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度最厚;男性脉络膜厚度厚于女性;60岁以下健康人脉络膜厚度与年龄相关性不大,60岁以上健康人脉络膜厚度明显变薄。EDI-OCT定量检测脉络膜厚度,可为临床视网膜脉络膜相关疾病诊断提供准确、快捷的方法。 Objective To evaluate the efficiency of enhanced depth imaging optical coherence tomography(EDI-OCT)on quantifying choroidal thickness in healthy adults.Methods A total of 66 subjects(132 eyes)in the ophthalmology clinic were enrolled from March,2018 to February,2019 in the study,including 33 males and 33 females.All subjects were divided into three groups:31 to 45 years old group,46 to 60 years old group and 61 to 75 years old group.Enhanced depth imaging choroidal scans,obtained in all eyes at subfoveal and 3 mm nasal and temporal to the fovea,were measured by using spectral-domain OCT.Differences of choroidal thickness were observed and compared between different orientations,gender and three age groups.Results There was a significant difference between subfoveal and all extrafoveal locations(P<0.05),while the choroid thickness was(289.41±64.78)μm beneath the fovea,(240.84±61.08)μm at 3 mm nasal to the fovea,and(161.37±57.73)μm at 3 mm temporal to the fovea.No statistical difference was observed in the choroidal thickness between right eyes(291.09±64.80)and left eyes(287.72±65.13)(P>0.05).Choroidal thickness was higher in males(298.61±68.18)μm than that in females(280.21±59.92)μm(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between 31 to 45 years old group(320.80±44.74)μm and 45 to 60 years old group(307.75±54.12)μm(P>0.05),they were both higher than the choroid thickness in 61 to 75 years old group(239.68±46.23)um(P<0.05).Conclusions The thickest choroid was beneath the fovea.Choroidal thickness in males was thicker than females.The choroidal thickness of healthy people under 60 years old is not age-related,and the choroidal thickness of healthy people over 60 years old is significantly thinner.Normal choroidal thickness can be measured accurately by EDI-OCT.It is an accurate and fast method for the clinic.
