重组人生长激素在糖皮质激素相关矮小中的应用研究进展

Research progress of recombinant human growth hormone in treatment of glucocorticoids-related dwarfism in children

糖皮质激素作为儿童风湿免疫病的一线治疗药物,挽救了无数患儿的生命,但是其长期应用对儿童生长发育的影响也不容忽视。重组人生长激素(rhGH)的出现给矮小患儿带来了福音,然而对于糖皮质激素相关矮小的患儿而言,rhGH的使用目前还存在很多顾虑,最主要的担心是其是否对原发病有不利影响。近年来,国内外已经有一些关于rhGH治疗糖皮质激素相关矮小的报道,本文针对rhGH在干预糖皮质激素相关矮小方面的应用进行文献复习,并对其疗效及潜在的风险进行综述。

Glucocorticoids,as the first-line treatment for children with rheumatic and immune diseases,has saved countless lives of children.However,its side effects on growth and development cannot be ignored.Recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)brings effective means in interfering children with dwarfism,but there are still many concerns about the side effects of rhGH.Some studies have reported the effect of rhGH on glucocorticoids-related dwarfism and we aim to reviewed the recent progress in its efficacy and potential risks.
