摘要
为满足塔河油田超深、超稠油井降黏生产需要,通过结构设计、材质优化、设备增效优化,研制了新型矿物绝缘电缆,具有发热效率高、导热快、功率特性好的特点。在塔河油田7口井的现场应用表明,矿物绝缘电缆具有节约稀油、增加产能和节约用电的作用,满足超深超稠油开采需求。
In order to meet the needs of the viscosity reduction production of ultra-deep and super-heavy oil wells in Tahe Oilfield,through the structural design,material optimization and equipment synergy process optimization,a new type of mineral insulated cable has been developed,which has the characteristics of high heat generation efficiency,fast heat conduction and good power characteristics.The field application of 7 wells in Tahe Oilfield shows that the mineral insulated cable has the functions of saving thin oil,increasing production capacity and saving electricity consumption,and meets the demand for ultra-deep and ultra-heavy oil exploitation.
