According to the actual operation status of export crude oil and the analysis of the error in the delivery of crude oil,the two factors that affect the metering transition,namely crude oil metering and crude oil testing,are found out.The influencing factors of the two aspects are analyzed in detail.The scientific methods to control the measurement errors are put forward from the aspects of the source control of oil quality control,the reduction of laboratory measurement errors,the strengthening of the management of flowmeter operation and verification process,the strengthening of the maintenance and management of measuring instruments,the strict operation standards of operators and the improvement of their own operation level.Thus,the accuracy of measuring and transferring of crude oil is ensured.
