摘要
节流阀是现代钻井工艺中节流管汇上的关键零部件。依据节流阀实际流场情况,建立了楔形节流阀三维模型,并基于fluent对其进行了数值模拟研究,得出了节流阀内部流场分布规律及其特点,分析了致使节流阀失效的主要原因,研究结果可为楔形阀的结构改进提供一定参考。
Throttle valves are key components in throttling manifolds in modern drilling processes.Based on the actual flow field of the throttle valve,the three-dimensional model of the wedge-shaped throttle valve is established.Based on the numerical simulation of the fluent,the distribution law and characteristics of the internal flow field of the throttle valve are obtained.The main reason for the failure of the throttle valve is analyzed.The research results can provide a basis for the structural improvement of the wedge valve.
