摘要
“质-量-度”考核模式是基于全国32所高校目标考核办法总结提炼出的模式。该模式的提出主要以相关哲学原理、管理学理论和相关政策为基础,意在总结和展现我国高校目标考核的总体特征和存在的问题,从目标制定、评价标准和民意测评等关键方面提出了改进建议,为正在实施和后续有意实施目标考核的高校提供参考。
The assessment mode of“quality,quantity and satisfaction”,based on the principle of Marxist philosophy and management and relative policies,is summarized from the performance assessment policies from 32 universities in China.The general characteristics and main problems are summarized and shown in the paper and some suggestions are given from goal setting,assessment criterion and opinion poll in order to provide reference for the universities in operation and willing to operate.
