Preliminary Study on the Notarization of the Network Electronic Evidence with the Block Chain

近年来,区块链技术以其去中心化、去信任及防篡改的性能为网络电子证据保全公证提供了新思路。但是当前区块链存证与保全公证尚处于分离模式,区块链保全公证也缺乏统一的应用平台,且缺失相应的保全公证办理程序,阻碍了公证行业跟潮焕新。基于公证行业持续发展的考虑,应适时推出区块链与保全公证相融合的工作模式,搭建统一的区块链保全公证平台,建立区块链保全公证的办理程序,以期区块链保全证据公证能顺应大势为公证行业赋能。

In recent years,block chain technology provides a new idea for network electronic evidence preservation notarization by its decentralization,trust-free and tamper-proof performance.However,the current block chain certification and security notarization are still in a separate mode,and the block chain security notarization also lacks a unified application platform,and the lack of corresponding security notarization processing procedures,which hinders the notarization industry from following the trend.Based on the consideration of the sustainable development of the notarization industry,it is necessary to launch the working mode of integration of block chain and security notarization,build a unified block chain security notarization platform,and establish the handling procedures of block chain security notarization,so as to enable the notarization industry to comply with the general trend.
