摘要
以药食同源中药、益生元、益生菌以及谷、蔬、果、藻粉等为主要原料研发出一款固体饮料,研究其体外抗氧化活性和改善肠道健康功能作用。通过体外抗氧化试验研究模型,测定该款固体饮料清除DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、羟基自由基的能力及对Fe 3+的总还原力,最后通过斑马鱼模型观察该产品对斑马鱼肠道健康的改善作用。结果表明该款固体饮料具有优异的还原力、自由基清除作用及抗氧化能力,同时对斑马鱼的肠蠕动有显著促进作用,有助于改善肠道健康。
This paper mainly studied the antioxidant activity in vitro and the zebrafish intestinal health protection of the solid beverage,which is developed based on homology of medicine and food,prebiotics,probiotics and grain flour,vegetable powder,fruit powder and algae powder.On the basis of model of antioxidant activity in vitro,we measured the scavenging ability of the solid beverage on DPPH free radical,superoxide anion radical,hydroxyl radical and the total reducing power of Fe 3+.Finally,the improvement effect of the product on the intestinal health of zebrafish was observed by zebrafish model.The solid beverage has excellent reducing power,free radical-scavenging capacity and antioxidant capacity,at the same time,it can promote intestinal peristalsis of zebrafish significantly,which is helpful for improving intestinal health.
