洋桔梗秸秆厌氧发酵产沼气试验

摘要 为探索洋桔梗秸秆的厌氧发酵产沼气的可行性及其产沼气特性,以洋桔梗秸秆为原料,在30℃下进行了批量式恒温沼气发酵试验。结果表明,洋桔梗秸秆沼气发酵时间为22 d,原料产气率为70.79 mL/g,原料TS产气率为361.56 mL/g,产气潜力与多种花卉秸秆相当,高于大部分植物性原料。 In order to explore the feasibility of biogas production from anaerobic fermentation of Eustoma grandifloru straw and its biogas production characteristics,the batch type constant temperature biogas fermentation experiment was carried out with E.grandifloru straw as raw material at 30℃.The results indicated that biogas fermentation time of E.grandifloru straw was 22 d,the biogas yield of raw material was 70.79 mL/g,and the TS biogas yield of raw material was 361.56 mL/g,the gas production potential was comparable to a variety of flower straws and higher than that of most plant materials.
